How to Install Skill to AI Agent
Before installing the AMZScout AI Skill, you need an existing AI agent.
If you haven't created one yet, start with How to Create AI Agent.
What Is the AMZScout AI Skill?
The AMZScout AI Skill is a downloadable .sdk file that gives your AI agent access to Amazon product research capabilities.
After installation, your agent will be able to retrieve and analyze real Amazon marketplace data, helping you discover product opportunities, evaluate competition, and make data-driven decisions.
Step 1. Activate Your AI Skill
To use the AMZScout Product Research Skill, you'll first need to activate it.
Keep your API Key secure, as it will be required during the installation process.

Step 2. Download the AI Skill Package
After activating your Skill and receiving your API Key, download the AMZScout Skill package (.sdk file) from your purchase confirmation email.
This file contains everything needed to connect your AI agent to AMZScout Product Research data.
Save the file to your computer and proceed to the installation step.

Open the AI platform where your agent was created and navigate to your existing agent.

Step 4. Install the AI Skill

Step 5. Connect Your API Key
After the Skill is installed, open the Skill settings and paste the API Key you received during activation.
This API Key allows your AI agent to securely access AMZScout Product Research data and use your available token balance.
Once the API Key is saved, your AI agent is fully connected to AMZScout Product Research data and ready to use.
